JESSICA PILOT
Jessica Pilot (Founder)is a visionary producer and communications strategist with over 15 years of experience leading mission-driven storytelling across media, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors. Recognized as a tastemaker by CNN and IndieWire, she brings a sharp eye for talent, a deep understanding of cultural relevance, and a talent for building platforms that resonate with national audiences.
As the former lead talent producer for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Pilot helped shape the comedy and political voice of the show from 2015 to 2021, launching the careers of now-household names like Ramy Youssef and Hannah Einbinder. Her leadership extends beyond television: she has produced major campaigns and content initiatives for CBS, Hulu, the LA Clippers, American Public Media, and Meals on Wheels America.
Most recently, she served as Story Producer and creative lead for Path of Liberty, a six-acre public art installation in partnership with the Museum of the American Revolution, capturing voices from across the country to explore what it means to be American. She also co-led the first digital influencer campaign at Movement Labs, activating thousands of young voters in key swing states during the 2024 election.
Pilot’s podcast work includes projects with Parents Magazine, Lattice, Fortune Brand Studio, and Mea Culpa. She's also secured multi-year funding for national awareness campaigns, including a mental health initiative with Teen Vogue and Pivotal Ventures, and produced special projects for cultural icons like Rick Rubin and Tony Bennett.

AMANDA HOWELL (Account Manager)
Amanda is a multifaceted, detail-oriented go-getter whose career spans both the film and fashion industries. Starting in PR and event planning for Victoria’s Secret, she logistically produced three National conferences a year, and developed, managed, and executed the Incentive and Recognition program for the entire stores fleet. Now in LA, she continues to moonlight her event services, working with Amazon (Upfronts & Newfronts) and Epic Games/Fortnite (E3 & Twitchcon).
Amanda joined Pilot Bookings in 2021 at its inception. She spearheads all national and regional campaigns for their non-profit partners, pairing the perfect talent for the messaging. The national campaign they developed for Meals on Wheels America, #RespectYourElders, has reached 26.1MM+ celebrity followers in just two years. On the podcast side, Amanda has been instrumental in building relationships with industry professionals, further expanding the company roster.
Amanda is the author and illustrator of the children’s book, Being a Kid in the Time of COVID (available on Amazon). She teaches gardening and sustainability to local elementary students part-time, and is currently getting her Masters in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara.
